A new and redesigned version of Life Science Network was launched in March 2022.
Life Science Network platform, in its original design, was launched back in 2013. While the platform features and performance improved over the years, the design remained unchanged. Recently, a complete redesign of the platform was released.
Unlike the original design, the redesigned platform is responsive and should offer a much better experience on different-sized screens.
Only a few features changed in this iteration. Most importantly, the publication, preprint and institution ratings can now be submitted in only one category (as opposed to the three categories before). The module overview pages were removed. On the publication page, event page and other pages, profile photos and names of members who recommended the content are now shown, instead of those who bookmarked it. There are also other minor changes.
Content sharing conditions and prices have been adjusted since the redesign launch as well.
The new design will be polished and features continously improved in the months to come.
