Publishing news articles

News articles, announcements and press releases can be published on Scientific Today through the News module, focusing on topics from all areas of science, health and technology.

Post types

Publishing articles on Scientific Today is free of charge for non-commercial articles. Non-commercial articles are those published by non-profit organisations, academic research institutes and universities about their non-commercial activities.

For commercial articles, there are three publishing options:

• Standard – 275 USD (225 EUR): The article is published and remains in our database for at least 12 months (usually indefinitely).
• Standard Plus – 550 USD (450 EUR): Includes everything from the Standard option, plus sharing on our social media channels.
• Promoted – 1100 USD (900 EUR): In addition to Standard Plus features, the article will appear in the personalized content streams of all registered users, even those not following your organisation. For a limited time, it will also be featured on the Home page and News page in the "Featured" section.

All prices are subject to 19% VAT where applicable.

The above prices apply to members who upload and publish the article themselves. Alternatively, we can create and publish the article for you — no account required. Simply send the content and details in a .pdf or .doc file to [email protected]. This service costs an additional 135 USD plus 19% VAT (if applicable) on top of the publishing fee.

As part of the general service, you can also create a page for your institution, company or organisation free of charge.

Payment

You can pay for the article publication service using one of the following methods:

1. Bank transfer (invoice)
   After placing an order, you will receive an invoice with the details needed to transfer the payment to our bank account.
2. Credit or debit card
   We accept payments with all major credit and debit cards.
3. PayPal
   After being redirected to the PayPal page, you can pay using your PayPal account or other available payment options.
4. Stripe
   A flexible payment method that includes credit cards, Revolut, Giropay, and other options depending on the country you are in.
5. Prepaid account
   Deposit any desired amount into your prepaid account and use the funds for quick and easy content publication until the deposited amount is depleted.

For publishing a larger number of articles, we recommend using the prepaid option. This payment method allows you to benefit from significant discounts, saving you both time and money. A prepaid account ensures a fast and simple publication process without the need for individual payments for each published article.
