We have a fantastic opportunity for a creative and motivated marketing professional to join the marketing team within the University of Bath's School of Management. Join us at an exciting time as the School of Management implements the University's new brand identity and explores new opportunities in AI-enabled marketing.
This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll play a key part in promoting one of the UK's leading business schools, helping to attract and inspire prospective students while enhancing the School's profile across a range of audiences. Working as part of a collaborative and supportive team, you'll contribute to the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, digital content, CRM communications, recruitment events and market insight activities. You'll develop engaging content, work with external agencies, analyse campaign performance, support the implementation of the University's new brand, and help shape innovative approaches to marketing, including the use of AI and emerging digital channels.
You'll join a friendly, ambitious team that values creativity, collaboration and continuous improvement, with opportunities to develop your skills and take on additional responsibility.
This is a full-time, one-year, fixed-term role based at the University of Bath. Hybrid working is available.

The ideal candidate will be a creative and motivated marketer with a talent for producing engaging content and delivering effective campaigns. Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
You’ll combine strong communication and organisational skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach. Whether developing digital content, helping at events, analysing campaign performance or working with colleagues across the organisation, you'll be confident building relationships and taking ownership of your work.
You'll be interested in emerging trends in marketing and communications, excited by opportunities to use AI and other new technologies and motivated by the chance to help shape how prospective students engage with one of the UK's leading business schools.
This role would particularly suit someone looking to take the next step in their marketing career within a supportive team that values innovation, collaboration and professional development.
