Yale’s MicroED brings hidden hydrogen into focus

In a new study, Yale researchers used the university’s microcrystal electron diffractometer (MicroED) to demonstrate a better way to find hydrogen atoms in novel sources — results that could help develop new medicines, fertilizers, and industrial materials.
