Cambridge Judge Business School (CJBS) is seeking an exceptional individual to join our Executive MBA team as Head of EMBA Programmes on a fixed-term maternity cover basis. This is a rare opportunity to play a central leadership role in one of the UK's most prestigious and ambitious business school programmes.
The Cambridge EMBA programmes are among the School's flagship degrees, attracting outstanding working professionals from across industries and functions, with an average of 14 years' work experience. With course fees currently between £110-125K these are high-profile, premium programmes that demand the very highest standards of delivery.
Reporting to the EMBA Executive Director, you will take day-to-day responsibility for the operational running of both programmes, overseeing the Virtual Learning Environment, managing course content and delivery, and providing expert guidance to academic staff. You will lead and inspire a talented team of Senior Programme Coordinators and work closely with colleagues across Marketing, Admissions, and External Relations to ensure an outstanding student experience from start to finish.
You will be a confident, collaborative leader with a proven track record in programme management within a complex, high-stakes environment. You will thrive under pressure, bring exceptional organisational skills, and have the gravitas and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with senior stakeholders, faculty, and a highly discerning student body.
